Dr. Kent has been associated with the College of Charleston for 35 years. He is a business owner, a consultant, author, and researcher. He has worked for major corporations having served as Director of Worldwide Manufacturing Excellence for Cummins Engine Co., and as Vice President of HR and Planning for Scott Paper Co. His research is in the area of Transformational Leadership.
