About Me
Welcome to my blog!
My name is Jackson and I’m a junior. I spent this past summer back home in the quiet suburb of Minnetonka, MN, teaching swimming lessons and hacking away at my reading list. I’m majoring in Business Administration with a concentration in Leadership, Change, and Social Responsibility.
What else is there to know about me? I have yet to find someone who exhibits a similar nostalgia for 90’s pop culture. An evening of mine rarely is complete without viewing a hilarious YouTube clip or inspiring TED lecture. I spend a lot of time hiding from my homework submerged in the Stern Center pool. I also sing in the shower, much to the dismay of my freshman and sophomore year roommates.
When you visit C of C, you might find me people-watching in Liberty Fresh Food Company, lounging on the Rivers Green lawn behind Addlestone Library engrossed in a good read, or galavanting around campus and relishing in the the awesome reality that I attend college in a place where tourists frequently vacation. (I’m 100% serious. Even though the weather is gorgeous year-round, seeing that first fanny pack of the tourist season makes it that much better!). I’ve also been known to frequent the Farmer’s Market at Marion Square on Saturday mornings and take in a concert at Music Farm from time to time. To be completely honest, though, a fair amount of my waking hours are spent studying, so if you happen to see me with a textbook and highlighter in hand, come over and say ‘Hi!’
