OAKS Intermittent Login Issues

The College of Charleston’s OAKS (Learning Management System) is experiencing intermittent login issues. Information Technology is aware of the situation and working to restore service. Because the issues are intermittent, it’s best to wait a few minutes and try to login again. If you continue to experience these issues, please report them to the Helpdesk at 843-953-3375 or by emailing Helpdesk@cofc.edu.

Windows 10 and Junos Pulse VPN

Please be aware that the College of Charleston’s Junos Pulse VPN environment does not currently support Windows 10. If you connect to VPN using the Junos Pulse client, please do not upgrade to Windows 10. Network Security is currently upgrading and testing the client to allow for Windows 10 support. We hope to be able to provide Junos Pulse VPN support for Windows 10 by mid to late September.
