VPN Software Upgrade

SERVICE: Internal and External VPN
IMPACT: Internal and External VPN Access will be unavailable throughout the identified maintenance window.
DATE: Tuesday, May 10th, 2016
TIME: 12:00PM to 1:00PM

OVERVIEW: On Tuesday, May 10th from 12:00 PM until 1:00 PM, Network Engineering will upgrade equipment that supports the internal and external VPN. During this time, internal and external VPN access will be unavailable. Once upgraded, clients will be prompted to upgrade their VPN client and/or host checker software upon connecting to the VPN.
