SERVICE: Wireless Maintenance
IMPACT: The wireless networks cofc-guest and cofc-secure may experience intermittent service during the service dates.
DATES: Monday, December 21, 2015 and Tuesday, December 22, 2015
OVERVIEW: Wireless cofc-guest portal for students may experience intermittent download availability of cofc-secure certificate bundle on 12/21/2015. Users of cofc-secure may experience intermittent service between 5pm and 6pm on 12/22/2015 while new security certificates are installed. After January 7th, 2016, some users may need to have their certificates manually removed and new ones installed if their device does not automatically download the new certificates from our servers. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if your device has difficulty connecting to cofc-secure due to expired certificates.

Some users may experience trouble connecting to cofc-secure due to expired certificates. Helpdesk may be needed to manually remove expired certificates and replace with the new certificates on client devices.
