SERVICE: VPN Software Upgrade
IMPACT: Internal and External VPN Access will be intermittent throughout the identified maintenance window.

TIME: 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM
OVERVIEW: On Thursday, November 6th from 8:00 AM until 9:00 AM, Network Engineering will perform a software upgrade on equipment that supports the internal and external VPN. During this time, internal and external VPN access (Application portal and Network Connect) will be intermittent. Once upgraded, clients will be prompted to upgrade their VPN client and/or host checker software upon connecting to the VPN.
