SERVICE: Banner INB Upgrade

IMPACT: Banner INB will be upgraded and inaccessible for all users during this maintenance window.

DATE: Sunday, August 3, 2014

TIME: 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

OVERVIEW:  IT will be performing upgrades on the College applications listed below and their respective services will be unavailable. All services will be restored by August 3rd at 3:00 PM.
Banner Production Applications including SSB, INB, Banner Batch and UC4
Note:  During the Banner maintenance, MyCharleston will not be available starting at 7:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m.  OAKS, Cmail, Outlook Web Access, and Community Forums will be available and operating normally. When MyCharleston is unavailable an alternative webpage will be displayed that will outline how to access applications that are within the MyCharleston portal.
