Echo 360 Scheduled Maintenance

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

SERVICE: Echo 360 Lecture Capture Application and Database Upgrade
DATE/TIME: March 3, 2014 starting at 8am until March 5, 2014 at 5pm

OVERVIEW: On Monday, March 3, starting at 8am, Echo 360, the College’s lecture capture application, will be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance. Echo 360 will be upgraded to Version 5.2 which will install necessary updates and enhance performance.  In addition, the Echo 360 database will also be upgraded during this time. While the database is being upgraded, users will be able to access the application however they may experience patches of slowness. It is unclear when the database upgrade will be complete due to the complexity. IT will notify users when all upgrades are complete.

Please note: Content creators and content viewers will be impacted by the upgrade as the system will be unavailable during the scheduled maintenance.
