More than 50 College of Charleston professors and eight students have earned the Global Scholars designation in the first year of the program.
The program is a universitywide initiative designed to provide the opportunity for students and faculty to contribute as global citizens. The program aims to help meet the changing demands brought about by globalization and recognizes students and faculty members who structure their learning and work around developing a wider global worldview.
