The ACTFL (American Council for the Teaching of Foreign Language) has recently launched a new website to provide opportunities to study elements of a foreign language on-line. In addition, it offers users the ability to establish pen pal connections, as well as teach other members your language while at the same time learning from other native speakers whichever language you choose.
