Fulbright and Fall Awards Info Sessions

What are you doing after graduation? Juniors and Seniors, we invite you to join us to learn about Fulbright, NSF Graduate Fellowships, and other post-graduate opportunities for independent research, graduate degrees, and teaching English abroad. If you can’t make it, contact Dr. Vander Zee at nationalawards@cofc.edu to schedule meeting in person or via Skype, or visit the Office of Nationally Competitive Awards to learn more. You can also drop by his office on Mondays between 9 and 12, and Tuesdays and Thursdays between 1 and 3.

What: Fulbright, NSF Graduate Fellowship, and Fall Awards Info Sessions

Times and Locations: 

There are two honors-only info sessions, but you are welcome to attend any of the following.

  • Monday, April 17 at noon in Berry 104 (Honors Only)
  • Tuesday, April 18 at 1:00 in Addlestone 227 with Special Guest Jody Dudderer, Fulbright and IIE Program Manager
  • Wednesday, April 19 at 1:00 in Berry 104 (Honors Only)
  • Thursday, April 20 at 6:00 in RSS 249

What’s your award? Fulbright is the larges U.S. exchange program, with nearly 2,000 awards offered each year in over 140 countries. There is an opportunity for everyone. We will also discuss National Science Foundation Graduate Fellowships, and prestigious UK awards such as Marshall, Rhodes, and Gates Cambridge.
