The History Department has some interesting guest speakers giving talks this Spring:
- Devyn Benson is speaking in Addlestone 227 on Wednesday, February 28th at 5:00. Benson is an Assistant Professor of Africana and Latin American Studies at Davidson College. Her lecture is, “Antiracism in Cuba, the Unfinished Revolution.”
- Benjamin Hett is speaking in Addlestone 227 on Wednesday, March 7th at 3:30. His lecture will be based on the fire in the Reichstag.
- Roseanne Adderley is speaking in Addlestone 227 on Wednesday, April 11th at 4:00. Dr. Adderley comes to us from Tulane University in New Orleans, where she teaches the history of the Atlantic slave trade and the formation of African Diaspora culture.
