In commemoration of Black History Month, OXB is hosting two Lowcountry historians.
Dr. Bernard Powers, College of Charleston, will discuss Charleston and its role in the Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade on February 18.
Dr. Nic Butler, Charleston Archives, will lecture on African American Colonial Music on February 4th.
