Planned Monthly System Maintenance Outage Notice for Sunday, August 9, 2009. 

The Admin System (Wando and Cooper) will be unavailable starting at 9 a.m. until noon for planned system maintenance.   The following applications will have an interruption to normal service during this time:

 SIS, HRS, FRS Access

 - Including Connx, SAS and Eprint interfaces

 - Faculty, Student and Staff CougarTrail Web interfaces 

 - EBill interfaces

 - Access to Windows Server Rhett

 

The Banner Production environment including the MyCharleston portal will be unavailable starting at 7 a.m. until noon for planned system maintenance.  Banner Finance will have an interruption to normal service during this time. 

 Thank you very much for your cooperation during these planned system outage.
