Alumna Wins “Discovery” / Boston Review Poetry Contest

Congratulations to Raena Shirali (’12) who was awarded the prestigious “Discovery” / Boston Review Poetry prize!  Raena is finishing her first year as a MFA Creative Writing graduate student at the Ohio State University. Raena’s winning poem, “The State Para-Military Force Speaks,” was published in the Boston Review. Read more about Raena and the prize.
