Basics

Throughout this course students will explore various aspects of individuals with disabilities within an interactive e-learning format using webCt and the internet. Activities include textbook readings that will provide foundational information, content modules that will walk students through the material and engage them with different activities designed to enhance the learning experience. Examples of such activities include whole group discussions on WebCt, outside reading and involvement with their peers in book clubs,  opportunities to engage with the professor through electronic formats, and explore disabilites through video, print, or direct observations.

Course Schedule

Be sure to read the course schedule closely.  All assignments associated with the modules posted are due on the last date posted  and the exams will be available on Webct at 9am on the start date until midnight on the closing date.  Be sure to stay current with the material and engaged with your reading groups!
