Recently, the Google Chrome browser updated to version 44. There have been reports of Degree Works Audits showing a blank screen where a degree audit report normally displays. We have determined that it worked properly through Chrome version 43, so once users move to version 44 the blank screen problem is consistently occurring. In addition to the Audits tab, the Notes and Petitions are not working properly. They also display blank screens.
The vendor is working to identify the root cause and aim to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Chrome 43 still works as do all other supported browsers.
