Compensation: $12/hour
Position Summary: (This is a paid internship.) Top Producing Real Estate Team seeks an energetic student intern to assist our firm with marketing. We are looking for someone who is a creative self-starter and can work independently, with guidance from our staff. This position is part-time, and we estimate approximately 10-15 hours per week, although projects may be modified (subtracted from or added to) based on the intern’s interests and strengths.

Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of posting and running Google and Facebook ads
- Creating YouTube videos and posting for highest optimization, familiar with Tube Buddy for optimization
- Creating Google Audiences and Facebook Audiences for running ads
- Understand how to research Google Analytics, keywords etc.
- Posting on Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram (TV, Reels, Story)
- Knowledge of Telegram, Parler, and TikTok to post
- Video editing with local photography or provided graphs
- Photography and videography a plus
- Support marketing campaign planning and execution.
- Write copy for social media posts, promotional emails, and other marketing collateral.
- Measure and report the results of digital marketing initiatives.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Applied understanding of basic marketing principles.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter with ability to work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic photography, image and video editing, and graphic design skills.
- Prefer student in junior or senior year of college.
