The Ryckatyk, Inc. team is looking for an Entry Level Recruiter Intern to join our administration and HR team this summer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Talent acquisition, scouting & sourcing candidates
- Out-bound calls (100+ per day), texts, and email correspondence
- Scheduling interviews
- Building rapport with candidates ~ company representative
- General human resources responsibilities
- Data entry
- Hitting daily and weekly quotas
Job Requirements:
- Pursuing a BS/BA degree with a major in business, management, human resources, or marketing
- 0-3 years experience working hands-on with people
- Internally motivated
- Impeccable work ethic
- Customer service skills
