My Sister’s House Seeks Volunteers for US Women’s Open

Have you been looking for a way to enjoy the upcoming US Women’s Open that benefits the local community? If so, a local charity may have the perfect opportunity for you!

My Sister’s House, Charleston’s longest operating domestic violence program, has been selected as a nonprofit partner of the upcoming US Women’s Open tournament. For every volunteer that signs up to work a concession stand shift on behalf of My Sister’s House, the organization will receive a portion of the concession stand proceeds.

So grab a friend (or 10!) and sign up to volunteer. Anyone age 16 or over is eligible. All volunteers will receive a meal during their shift and are welcome to stay and watch the tournament after their shift is over. Volunteers will be given parking instructions prior to the event.

This is an incredible opportunity for My Sister’s House, but they need YOU to make the most of it. The tournament is one week away and they still need over 100 volunteers to meet their goal.

Here’s how you can help:

1. Click here to sign up for a volunteer shift. Remember, anyone age 16 and over is eligible to participate!

2. Please share this post with your friends, family, coworkers, churches, and extended networks. This is a great way to get involved with My Sister’s House and take a stand against domestic violence in our community!
