Welcome Back to the Spring 2014 Semester!
Welcome back! As a reminder the George Street Fitness Center is open daily. Please click here to view our facility hours. Also, we have a brand new group fitness schedule. You can click here to view our class offerings. Stay tuned as we expect additional classes to be offered.
In addition to our group fitness classes, CRS is working in conjunction with the Department of Health and Human Performance. We will offer fitness assessments and exercise prescriptions for those who are interested. This is open to students as well as faculty and staff.
Additionally, now that our new fitness center is up and running, we will host a modified power lifting competition in late March to early April.
Finally, coming soon is our strength training 101 education and application course. This course will be held periodically and will include information on strength training for the novice and the advanced lifter. Currently, this course is only open to students.
