The Copy Center provides a variety of copying, cutting, and finishing services for the College’s faculty, staff, and students. The team, comprised of Cheryl Connor, Christopher Jones, and Patty Pate, are committed to providing the highest quality copies at reasonable and competitive prices.

A tightknit group, the Copy Center team describes their dynamic as fabulous, fun, friendly, cheerful, smiling, and always happy to help. Job completion requires excellent teamwork and communication. Work is approached as a team effort. Customers can speak to anyone and get information they need and the printed results they desire. How does the Copy Center do this? By focusing on the three P’s: positive attitude, personable service, and perfection.

Located on the fifth floor of the Bell Building, the Copy Center produces professional brochures, course packets, annual reports, flyers, memos, letter, posters, and more. Need packets developed for a course or upcoming training event? Chances are the Copy Center can produce them for you within 24 hours.

A full list of services is available on the Copy Center web page. Some of the most popular services include:

  • Quick turnaround on copies
  • Less expensive than other copying resources
  • Friendly customer service
  • Bindings (three types)
  • Oversize posters
  • Colorful flyers-handbills
  • Course packs produced for the Bookstore
  • Color prints

Some of the services you may not be aware of include lamination, poster mounting, any type of invitation or card, and printing on durapaper, a weather proof paper. They have printed many wedding invitations, graduation announcements, birthday party invitations, and baby announcements requested by faculty, staff, and students.

Staff members account for the highest number of users. Students are roughly 20 percent of the Copy Center’s volume. Work is also done for faculty but requests are typically submitted by the staff of their respective departments.

The Copy Center can print all requests submitted which can be paid for by Intra Department Transfer (IDT), Cougar Card, or check. IDTs cover all College department requests. The IDT should contain the following information:

  • Date Required
  • Department Name
  • Department Account Number
  • Local Contact Number
  • Authorized Signature on the appropriate line

In order to ensure a high quality experience and speedy turnaround time, the Copy Center has a few procedures in place. They are listed in detail on the Copy Request Procedures web page and range from estimates to payment methods. Visit the Copy Center Policies page for any information regarding submitting a request, turnaround time, and delivery.

Copy Center hours of operation are 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. In an effort to conserve resources, all materials are produced front-to-back unless otherwise specified.
